Terms and Conditions: Monthly subscription billing cycles run 30 days at a time, beginning on the initial order date. Quarterlies run for 90 days, and Yearly subscriptions for 365. All subscriptions are set to renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. Subscriptions are non-refundable and can be cancelled at any time by contacting Customer Service. Subscription billing cycles begin on the initial order date. Cancelled subscriptions will expire on the last day of the billing cycle. Subscriptions cancellations must be requested at least 3 business days before the next billing cycle begins, or the cancellation will take effect at the end of the new billing cycle. Refunds are available for educational packages cancelled within 30 days of ordering unless it is a repurchase of a previously returned package or otherwise noted in the product description. Coaching packages are non-refundable. Refunds may take up to ten business days to be reflected by the credit card issuer. Please note that packages offered at a discount are not eligible for a refund or packages that have been previously refunded are ineligible for future refunds.
